Operational Support

With our Operational Support Service we offer our clients support with the complex process of meeting all operational start up requirements from stake holders and policy makers. This service is especially suited for operators who either do not have the available management capacity or expertise to ensure all issues relating to the introduction of a new vessel are addressed.

We offer the following as part of our Operational Support Service:

• International Safety Management (ISM) Code compliance.
• Setting up an ISM compliant Safety Management System (SMS).
• Obtaining Document of Compliance (DOC).
• Obtaining Safety Management Certificate (SMC).
• Counselling/interviewing during staff recruitment.
• HR-management and teambuilding during the running-in period of the vessel.
• Vessel familiarisation and crew training.
• Advise during negotiations with classification societies.
• Advise during negotiations with marine insurance companies and P & I insurance companies.
• Advise and assistance with establishing check in systems for vehicles and passengers.
• Advise on mooring arrangements to ensure minimum turn around time and man power.
• Planning for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
